The Villas at Ayana Resort in Bali Introduces New Romantic Retreats

Visitors to the Villas at Ayana Resort in Jimbaran, Bali, can stay in one of 24 newly redesigned and reopened ocean-view villas that are designed with romantic escapes in mind. The secluded, one-bedroom retreats (about $1,100 per night) were expanded, with special focus given to opulent, new marble bathrooms, now 50 percent larger and equipped with hand-carved, Roman-style bathtubs and indoor/outdoor showers. The 3,200-square-foot villas’ patios are equipped with plunge pools surrounded on three sides by privacy fences.

Guests can customize their stays with a variety of intimate experiences, such as a floating brunch served in the private plunge pool, a flower bath at sunset, or a soothing in-villa couple’s massage from the award-winning, on-site Spa on the Rocks. Guests who choose to venture from their private oasis can enjoy the Friday-night Cultural Dinner at the Padi restaurant, which combines traditional Balinese cuisine with a performance by native Kecak dancers.
